AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 147 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 147 on page 2, by 
3replacing line 20 with the following:
4        "attaining the age of 18 years or until the child 
5    performer is declared emancipated; and
6        (5) that the account meets the requirements of the 
7    Illinois Uniform Transfers to Minors Act."; and
 

8on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 4 the following:
9    "(e) If the parent or guardian of the child performer fails 
10to provide the employer with the information necessary to 
11transfer funds into the trust account within 30 days of a 
12temporary employment certificate having expired, the funds 
13that were to be transferred to the trust account shall be 
14transferred to the Office of the State Treasurer in accordance 
15with Section 15-608 of the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property 
16Act."; and
