| 3 | | on page 12, immediately below line 6, by inserting the |

| 5 | | "The status and rights of the employees and the State or |
| 6 | | its transferring agencies under the Personnel Code, the |
| 7 | | Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, applicable collective |
| 8 | | bargaining agreements or under any pension, retirement, or |
| 9 | | annuity plan shall not be affected by this amendatory Act of |
| 10 | | the 101st General Assembly.".
