2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 218, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:


 
5on page 4, by replacing line 16 with the following:
6            "(E-10) criminal sexual abuse in violation of 
7        subsection (a) of Section 11-1.50 of the Criminal Code 
8        of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012;"; and 
 
9on page 4, line 18, by deleting "or"; and
 
10on page 4, immediately below line 18, by inserting the 
11following:
12            "(E-25) criminal sexual assault; or"; and
 
13on page 11, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the
