| 9 | | Sec. 52. Examinations and audit reports. The Auditor |
| 10 | | General shall conduct a bi-annual financial audit, as defined |
| 11 | | in Section 1-13.5 of the Illinois State Auditing Act, of the |
| 12 | | Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation in accordance |
| 13 | | with generally accepted government auditing standards. The |
| 14 | | Auditor General shall report the results of each financial |
| 15 | | audit to the General Assembly.".
