AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 658 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 658, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House  Amendment No. 
42, as follows:


 
5by replacing line 21 on page 12 through line 3 on page 13 with 
6the following:
7        "(8)  Obtain written recommendations from the Board 
8    regarding qualification of individuals for licensing, 
9    definition of curriculum content and approval of surveying 
10    curriculums, standards of professional conduct and 
11    disciplinary actions, adopt promulgate and amend the rules 
12    affecting these matters, and consult with the Board on 
13    other matters affecting administration of this the Act.
14        (8.5) Review application qualifications to sit for the 
15    examination or for licensure that the Board designates 
16    pursuant to Section 8."; and

2Secretary shall notify the Board of any such deviation and 
3shall specify with particularity the reasons for such action in 
4the final order.".
