| 5 | | "preceding month. Beginning February 1, 2021, the Treasurer |
| 6 | | shall transfer each month from the General Revenue Fund to the |
| 7 | | Local Government Distributive Fund an amount equal to the sum |
| 8 | | of (i) 5.32% of the net revenue realized from the tax imposed |
| 9 | | by subsections (a) and (b) of Section 201 of this Act upon |
| 10 | | individuals, trusts, and estates during the preceding month and |
| 11 | | (ii) 6.16% of the net revenue realized from the tax imposed by |
| 12 | | subsections (a) and (b) of Section 201 of this Act upon |
| 13 | | corporations during the preceding month. Net revenue realized |
| 14 | | for a month".
