AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 780




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 780, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:


 
5on page 1, line 5, after "2.33", by inserting "and by adding 
6Section 1.2k-2"; and
  
7on page 1, immediately below line 5, by inserting the 
8following:
 
9    "(520 ILCS 5/1.2k-2 new)
10    Sec. 1.2k-2. Lead shotshell. "Lead shotshell" means a 
11shotgun cartridge loaded with shot that contains one or more 
12percent lead by weight."; and
 
13on page 11, by replacing lines 12 through 15 with the 
14following:
