| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1127 on page 5, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:

| 4 | | "(d) The Department shall require the display of an POW/MIA |
| 5 | | flag at any airport in its jurisdiction, either upon the same |
| 6 | | flag-staff as the United States national flag or otherwise. |
| 7 | | If the POW/MIA flag is displayed on the same flagstaff as |
| 8 | | the United States flag, the POW/MIA flag shall fly immediately |
| 9 | | below the United States flag. If the United States flag and a |
| 10 | | State flag or other flag or pennant is flown along with the |
| 11 | | POW/MIA flag on the same flagstaff, the order from top to |
| 12 | | bottom shall be: the United States flag, the POW/MIA flag, then |
| 13 | | the State flag or other flags, unless otherwise stipulated by |
| 14 | | the Flag Display Act.".
