| 7 | | Sec. 19-1.5. Mailing vote by mail applications to all |
| 8 | | registered voters. Before each election, an election authority |
| 9 | | in the State of Illinois shall mail a vote by mail application |
| 10 | | to every registered elector within that election authority's |
| 11 | | jurisdiction. The vote by mail application must be sent to a |
| 12 | | registered elector before the period designated for receipt of |
| 13 | | vote by mail applications. The election authority must also |
| 14 | | mail a vote by mail application to newly registered electors |
| 15 | | within 5 days of their registration.".
