| 6 | | population of more than 500,000 inhabitants is not subject to |
| 7 | | taxation due to its use for the purpose of parking, and any |
| 8 | | portion of the property is used for a purpose other than |
| 9 | | parking, that portion of the property shall be subject to |
| 10 | | taxation under".
