| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Local Food, Farms, and Jobs Act is amended |
| 5 | | by changing Section 5 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 5. Definitions. "Local farm or food products" are |
| 8 | | products: (1) grown in Illinois; or (2) , processed and , |
| 9 | | packaged in Illinois, using at least one ingredient grown in , |
| 10 | | and distributed by Illinois citizens or businesses located |
| 11 | | wholly within the borders of Illinois.
