| 7 | | approved September 26, 1983, Public Act 83-841, is amended by |
| 8 | | repealing Section 2.

| 9 | | Section 10. "An Act authorizing the Director of Central |

Services to convey certain described lands", |
| 11 | | approved September 26, 1983, Public Act 83-841, is amended by |
| 12 | | adding Section 2.5 as follows:

| 13 | | (P.A. 83-841, Sec. 2.5 new) |
| 14 | | Sec. 2.5. The Department of Central Management Services |
| 15 | | shall, within 60 days after the effective date of this |
| 16 | | amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, execute and |
| 17 | | record a release of the reverter clause contained in the |
| 18 | | quitclaim deed filed in the office of the Kankakee County |
| 19 | | Recorder on January 26, 1984 as Document No. 84 00666. If the |
| 20 | | City of Manteno transfers the property to a private entity, it |
| 21 | | shall do so for no less than fair market value, and 25% of the |
| 22 | | sale proceeds shall be paid to the State of Illinois.
