| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1639 on page 3, |
| 3 | | line 16, after "Services.", by inserting "The changes made by |
| 4 | | this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly do not apply |
| 5 | | to persons who are employed by the State of Illinois on |
| 6 | | December 31, 2019. The status and rights of employees of the |
| 7 | | State and the status and rights of the State and its agencies |
| 8 | | under this Code, the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, any |
| 9 | | applicable collective bargaining agreement, or any pension, |
| 10 | | retirement, or annuity plan shall not be affected by this |
| 11 | | amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly.".
