AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1863 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1863, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 16, line 9, by deleting "7-2,"; and
 
5on page 16, line 9, by deleting "8-2,"; and
 
6by deleting line 19 on page 50 through line 9 on page 53; and
 
7by deleting line 15 on page 58 through line 7 on page 59; and
 
8on page 160, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:
 
9    "Section 15. The Township Code is amended  by adding Section 
1090-35 as follows:
 
11    (60 ILCS 1/90-35 new)
12    Sec. 90-35. Elections; repealer.

1    (a) Notwithstanding any provision of this Article to the 
2contrary, for a township in which this Article is in force, a 
3township supervisor, township clerk, township assessor, 
4township collector, and highway commissioner shall be elected 
5at the 2021 consolidated elections.
6    (b) Article 90 is repealed May 17, 2021."; and
