| 7 | | Sec. 2.35. Elementary school. "Elementary school" means an |
| 8 | | educational program or facility that satisfies the compulsory |
| 9 | | school attendance requirements of the School Code and either |
| 10 | | offers classes for the first through the sixth grade or offers |
| 11 | | classes from the levels of nursery school or kindergarten |
| 12 | | through at least the first grade.".
