SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Innovation and Technology for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $650,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Technology Management Revolving Fund to the Department of Innovation and Technology for administrative and program expenses, including prior years’ costs.
Section 10. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Innovation and Technology from the Technology Management Revolving Fund for the payment of late interest penalties incurred on warrants issued from the Technology Management Revolving Fund, pursuant to Section 3-2 of the State Prompt Payment Act.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
