| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 10. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 1-162.3 as follows:

| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/1-162.3) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1-162.3. Police vehicle. Any vehicle, recreational |
| 8 | | off-highway vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, watercraft, |
| 9 | | aircraft, bicycle, or electric personal assistive mobility |
| 10 | | device that is designated or authorized by proper local |
| 11 | | authorities for police use.
