| 5 | | commissioner of a subdistrict or for a candidate for the |
| 6 | | at-large commissioner shall contain signatures of registered |
| 7 | | voters residing anywhere within the Fox Valley Park District, |
| 8 | | but at least 50 such registered voters or 2% of the total |
| 9 | | number of ballots cast Park District-wide in the last preceding |
| 10 | | election for commissioners in the Fox Valley Park District, |
| 11 | | whichever is less.".
