AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 36 


2    AMENDMENT NO. ___.  Amend Senate Joint Resolution 36 by 
3deleting lines 7 through 12, and replacing them with the 
4following:
 
5    "RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED AND FIRST 
6GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF 
7REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that the waiver request 
8made by Dalzell Grade School District #98, identified in the 
9report filed by the State Board of Education as request 
10WM100-6567, is approved for previously approved non-resident 
11students; for purposes of this resolution, "previously 
12approved non-resident student" means:
13        (a)A non-resident student that was enrolled under 
14    waiver request WM100-5714; and
15        (b)A sibling, who lives in the same household, of a 
16    non-resident student that was enrolled under waiver 
17    request WM100-5714; and be it further

1    RESOLVED, That the approval of waiver request WM100-6567 in 
2this resolution does not have application to non-resident 
3students first enrolled in the district after the expiration of 
4waiver request WM100-5714 (2018-2019 school year)."
