| 8 | | WHEREAS, The vending machine industry uses cutting-edge |
| 9 | | technology to deliver innovative options to consumers; and

| 10 | | WHEREAS, Through the Randolph-Sheppard Vending Program, |
| 11 | | the vending industry has provided crucial business |
| 12 | | opportunities for blind people across the nation; and

| 13 | | WHEREAS, Illinois is proud of the dozens of small business |
| 14 | | owners in the State of Illinois who own vending companies; and

| 15 | | WHEREAS, The National Automatic Merchandising Association |
| 16 | | has declared March 7th as National Vending Day; therefore, be |
