| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Vincente Juarez of Oswego, who passed |
| 4 | | away on February 15, 2019; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez was born in Juarez, Mexico to |
| 6 | | Genoveva Martinez and Pablo Juarez on May 5, 1964; he married |
| 7 | | Leticia Lupercio in Geneva in 1981; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez was a fork lift operator at the |
| 9 | | Henry Pratt Company, where he had worked for the last 15 years; |
| 10 | | and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez had a passion for working on cars |
| 12 | | with his sons and had a soft spot for a particular 1969 Chevy |
| 13 | | Impala; he could always be heard shouting out loud "Ay Mija" |
| 14 | | anytime the weather took a turn for the worst, all while |
| 15 | | comforting his family with laughs; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez was preceded in death by his |
| 17 | | father, Pablo Juarez and his brother, Mike Juarez; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Vincente Juarez is survived by his wife of 38 |
| 19 | | years, Leticia; his children, Adrian, Diana, and Christian |
| 20 | | Juarez; his grandchildren, Osvaldo, Adrian Jr., Nathan, Dyani, |
