| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Josh Timothy Pinkard of Aurora, who |
| 4 | | passed away on February 15, 2019; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Josh Pinkard was born to Tim and Bobbie Pinkard on |
| 6 | | October 10, 1981; he graduated from Holly Pond High School in |
| 7 | | Holly Pond, Alabama in 2000; he earned a Bachelor of Science in |
| 8 | | Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University in |
| 9 | | 2005 and a Master of Science in Operations Management from |
| 10 | | University of Arkansas in 2018; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Josh Pinkard worked at Heatcraft in Grenada, |
| 12 | | Mississippi; he then began working at Mueller Water Products in |
| 13 | | Albertville, Alabama in 2006; he accepted the position as plant |
| 14 | | manager at the Henry Pratt facility in Aurora in 2018; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Josh Pinkard had an infectious laugh that |
| 16 | | brightened any room; he was always considered an exceptional |
| 17 | | leader in school and on the job; he had a strong faith and was a |
| 18 | | loving husband, father, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and |
| 19 | | friend; and
|
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Josh Pinkard was preceded in death by his sister, |
| 21 | | Kateah Pinkard and his grandparents, G.W. and Opal Pinkard and |
