| 6 | | shall be selected by the President to serve as chair, and 7 |
| 7 | | appointed by the Senate Minority Leader, of which one shall be |
| 8 | | selected by the Minority Leader to serve as vice chair; members |
| 9 | | of the Task Force shall include individuals from firms |
| 10 | | representing DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, and prime contractors; the |
| 11 | | members shall serve without compensation; and be it further".
