| 10 | | WHEREAS, Roger Tarala changed the trajectory of countless |
| 11 | | young men's lives; and

| 12 | | WHEREAS, Roger Tarala was the beloved son of the late |
| 13 | | Edward and Mary (Mancuso); the former husband of Toni Lynn |
| 14 | | (Bytnar); the devoted father of Sean (Donna), Joseph (Lisa), |
| 15 | | Nicholas (Veronica), Sam (Ben) Bettenhausen, and Jeffrey |
| 16 | | (Kerry) Tarala; the loving father figure of Stafford Owens; the |
| 17 | | proud grandfather of Colin, Caden, Michael (Claire), James, |
