| 3 | | learn of the death of William Dennis "Bill" Hancock Sr.; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Bill Hancock was employed by Divane Brothers |
| 5 | | Electric Company for 44 years; he was a loyal member of the |
| 6 | | International Brotherhood of Electrical Engineers Local 134 |
| 7 | | for over 68 years; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Bill Hancock Sr. was the beloved husband of |
| 9 | | Margaret Mary (Hogan) Hancock, the devoted father of William |
| 10 | | Hancock Jr., Michael (Melanie) Hancock, Terrance J. (Deirdre) |
| 11 | | Hancock, Kathleen (the late Steve) Short, and Patrick (Wendi) |
| 12 | | Hancock, the loving son of the late Dennis and Marie Hancock, |
| 13 | | the adored grandfather of Josh (Jenna), David, James (Courtney) |
| 14 | | Elizabeth (Kyle), Andrew (Taylor), Bryan, Colin (Casey), and |
| 15 | | Alexandra, the great-grandfather of Vivienne, Finnegan, and |
| 16 | | Caroline, the fond brother of Rosemary (the late Arch) Baird |
| 17 | | and John (Judith) Hancock, and the dear uncle of nine nieces |
