| 3 | | learn of the death of Donald "Don" Hainline Sr. of Milan, who |
| 4 | | passed away on May 24, 2019; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Don Hainline was born in Macomb to Jule and Ruth |
| 6 | | Wilmot Hainline on March 11, 1932; he served in the U.S. Air |
| 7 | | Force and married Judy Carson in Knoxville on May 21, 1960; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Don Hainline was a member of Cement Masons Local |
| 9 | | No. 18 in Rock Island for over 50 years; he was a business |
| 10 | | agent for 28 years; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Don Hainline was a member of the Rock Island Moose |
| 12 | | Lodge, the Rock Island Conservation Club, and the Milan |
| 13 | | American Legion Post 569; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Don Hainline was a volunteer for the John Deere |
| 15 | | Classic for many years; he loved his Tuesday trips to the |
| 16 | | casino and was known for his great sense of humor; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Don Hainline is survived by his wife, Judy; his |
| 18 | | children, Vicki (Keith) Bloomfield, Duke (Renea) Hainline, |
| 19 | | Mike (Connie) Hainline, and Steve (Katie) Hainline; his |
| 20 | | grandchildren, Chad, Nick, Stacy, Jeremy, Lindsey, Samantha, |
