SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Joseph Edward "Joe" Bilotta Sr. of 
4Romeoville, who passed away on June 2, 2019; and
  
 
  
5    WHEREAS, Joe Bilotta was the first generation of his family 
6born in the United States; he was a proud Italian whose father 
7came from the Calabria region of Italy; and
  
 
  
8    WHEREAS, Joe Bilotta was preceded in death by his parents, 
9Joseph and Leigh Bilotta; his  brother, Frank; and his sister, 
10Elizabeth; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Joe Bilotta is survived by his wife, Sharon 
12Bilotta; his children, Joseph (Michelle) Bilotta Jr., Frank 
13(Bridget) Bilotta, Jim (Elizabeth) Bilotta, and Sharon Stemke; 
14and his grandchildren, Chris, Sydney, Brendan, Kyle, Jake, 
15Kayley, Zach, Ellie, Ryan, and Nola; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Joseph Edward "Joe" Bilotta Sr. and extend our sincere 
19condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
20him; and be it further
