SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of James M. Gephart of Moline, who passed 
4away on June 7, 2019; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, James Gephart was born in Michigan on October 12, 
61931; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, James Gephart was a veteran of the United States 
8Marine Corps; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, James Gephart was a proud father of five children; 
10and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, James Gephart was preceded in death by his parents 
12and two siblings; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, James Gephart is survived by his partner, Sandra 
14Rogers; his children, Greg (Kathy) Gephart, Michael 
15(Albertina) Gephart, Douglas (Loni) Gephart, Linda (Carolyn) 
16Gephart, and Dianna (David) Irwin; and his four grandchildren; 
17therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1James M. Gephart and extend our sincere condolences to his 
2family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
