| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Mary Ann Stanczak of Waukegan, who passed |
| 4 | | away on July 11, 2019; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Mary Ann Stanczak was preceded in death by her |
| 6 | | husband, Edward; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Mary Ann Stanczak is survived by her children, |
| 8 | | Laura (Mark) Lotz and Dennis (Martha) Stanczak; her |
| 9 | | grandchildren, Valerie (Andrew), David, Sara, and Rebecca |
| 10 | | (Adam); her great-grandchild, Aubrey Rose; and many other |
| 11 | | relatives and friends; therefore, be it
|
| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the death of |
| 14 | | Mary Ann Stanczak and extend our sincere condolences to her |
| 15 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 16 | | further

| 17 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 | | presented to the family of Mary Ann Stanczak as an expression |
