SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Ronald W. Parker of Moline, who passed
4away on July 5, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Ronald Parker was born in Moline to Warren and
6Marie (Carnes) Parker on July 25, 1940; he served in the United
7States Navy; he married Marlys Gordon in Rock Island on
8December 20, 2006; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Ronald Parker worked as a truck driver for Adrian
10Carriers; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Ronald Parker was preceded in death by his
12parents; a brother; and a grandson; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Ronald Parker is survived by his wife, Marlys; his
14children, Tracy (Joe) Stead, Kim Ray, Brad Parker, Brian
15(Belinda) Parker, Scott Parker, Todd (Michelle) Carroll,
16Kristina Labath, and Tonette Tubbs; his grandchildren, Jessica
17(Travis) Carlson, Cordell Lenz, Emily Parker, Tamryn Parker,
18Ashley Parker, Audrey Parker, Allison Parker, Kelsey Ray,
19Chance Ray, Kaylyn Fowler, Mykel Fowler, Austin Tubbs, Ashley
20Aldrich, Courtney Collins, Morgan Carroll, and Jessica Fowler;
21his great-grandchildren, Billy Fowler, Alex Fowler, Khloe

6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
8Ronald W. Parker and extend our sincere condolences to his
9family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
10further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Ronald Parker as an expression of
13our deepest sympathy.
