SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Carl S. Fulli of Rock Island, who passed 
4away on July 17, 2019; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Carl Fulli was born in Davenport, Iowa to Biagio 
6and Helen Glowacki Fulli on May 2, 1940; he graduated from 
7Alleman High School; he served in the United States Army; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Carl Fulli worked as a driver for Garda Armored 
9Car Service and retired from Lanter Courier; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Carl Fulli was a past Governor of the Moose Lodge; 
11he was interested in how things worked and enjoyed tinkering 
12with different projects; he spent time at the gun range with 
13friends; he will be remembered for his sense of humor; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Carl Fulli was preceded in death by his parents 
15and his sister, Emilie Baxter; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Carl Fulli is survived by his special friend, Mary 
17Fisher; his beloved niece, Teri (Rick) Fagan; his brother, Mike 
18(Sherry) Fulli; and six nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Carl S. Fulli and extend our sincere condolences to his family, 
3friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Carl Fulli as an expression of our 
6deepest sympathy.
