| 5 | | WHEREAS, Raymond Rogina served in the United States Army |
| 6 | | during World War II; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Raymond Rogina retired from the City of Joliet |
| 8 | | after 36 years of service as a police officer and a civilian |
| 9 | | dispatcher; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Raymond Rogina was a proud father, grandfather, |
| 11 | | and great-grandfather; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Raymond Rogina was preceded in death by his wife, |
| 13 | | Mary (Del Bianco) Rogina; his parents, Matthew and Emma |
| 14 | | (Pavilin) Rogina; his siblings, Matthew, John, Mary, Joseph, |
| 15 | | Fred, and Christine; and his special friend, Martin Uremovic; |
