SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Beverly Dawn Tilley of Gillespie, who 
4passed away on September 23, 2019; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Beverly Tilley was born in Litchfield to Larry Joe 
6and Cathy Lynn (Best) Tilley on August 21, 1965; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Beverly Tilley was a paramedic for the Gillespie 
8Benld Area Ambulance Service, Dunn's, and MedStar; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Beverly Tilley helped those in need and was a 
10member of a variety of local groups, which supported the 
11community; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Beverly Tilley was preceded in death by her 
13parents; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Beverly Tilley is survived by her daughters, Erica 
15Tilley and Katie (Erik) Jenkins; her grandchildren, Liam 
16Butler, Ian Edwards, Eleanor Jenkins, and Matilda "Tilley" 
17Jenkins; and her brother, Dean Tilley; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Beverly Dawn Tilley and extend our sincere condolences to her 
2family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it

4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
