SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Ervin J. Stadelman,
who passed away on 
4December 25, 2019 at the age of 88; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ervin Stadelman was born in Freeport to Josef and 
6Anna Roosi
Stadelman on April 5, 1931; he graduated from South 
7Wayne High School in 1950 and  married Jeanne Newark on 
8September 20, 1952; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Ervin Stadelman attended the University of 
10Wisconsin-Madison as a music major; he was a member of the 
11132nd Army National Guard Band; and
  
 
  
12    WHEREAS, Ervin Stadelman was preceded in death by his 
13parents and his daughter, Rebecca (Mark) Loeffel; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Ervin Stadelman is survived by his wife, Jeanne; 
15his daughters, Melinda (Gary) Weichmann,
Brenda (Brian) 
16Zambrowicz, and Tara (Steve) Stadelman-Cohen; his son, Steve 
17(Patty) Stadelman; and 12 grandchildren; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
20Ervin J. Stadelman and extend our sincere condolences to his

and all who knew and loved him; and be it
