| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Donald Wisor of Moline, who passed away |
| 4 | | on February 9, 2020; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor was born in Clinton, Iowa to Frances |
| 6 | | and Mary (Kane) Wisor on January 25, 1946; he graduated from |
| 7 | | Northeast High School in 1964 and was drafted into the U.S. |
| 8 | | Army during the Vietnam War; he was stationed in San Francisco |
| 9 | | as an SP5 Personnel Specialist and received an honorable |
| 10 | | discharge; he married Mary Glunz in Clinton on April 12, 1969; |
| 11 | | and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor was employed by John Deere for 47 |
| 13 | | years; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor enjoyed watching and playing various |
| 15 | | sports, and most recently, he had a passion for playing disc |
| 16 | | golf; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor was preceded in death by his parents |
| 18 | | and his sister, Marion; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor is survived by his wife of over 50 |
| 20 | | years, Mary; his children, John Wisor, Kirt Wisor, Lori (Brent) |
