SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Corina D. Bowman of Joliet, who passed 
4away on January 17, 2020; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Corina Bowman was born in Peru on November 7, 
61935; she was a lifelong resident of Joliet; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Corina Bowman was a retired bilingual school 
8teacher; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Corina Bowman was a loving and devoted mother and 
10grandmother; she was an active member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel 
11Church and was involved in the Joliet community; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Corina Bowman is survived by her children, Lucho 
13(Michelle), Charo (Neil), Anni, and Cori (Rigo); her 
14grandchildren; her two brothers; her sister; and her numerous 
15nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Corina D. Bowman and extend our sincere condolences to her 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
