SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Clint L. Valentine of McLean, who passed 
4away on June 18, 2020; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Clint Valentine  was born in Bloomington to James 
6Lewis and Linda Kay Purlee Valentine on February 23, 1965; he 
7served in the U.S. Army from 1983 to 1989 and married Teresa A. 
8Cole in 2006; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Clint Valentine  worked as a robot programmer and 
10welder for General Electric; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Clint Valentine  was an avid outdoorsman and 
12enjoyed fishing and hunting; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Clint Valentine  was preceded in death by his 
14parents and his uncle, Steve Furman; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Clint Valentine  is survived by his wife, Teresa; 
16his children, Gabriel Rever and Chasity Cole; his 
17grandchildren, Wyatt and  Aliyah Henderson; his Furman family in 
18Virginia; and his dog, Dash; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Clint L. Valentine and extend our sincere condolences to his 
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

6presented to  the family of  Clint Valentine  as an expression of 
7our deepest sympathy.
