| 6 | | "(viii-5) He or she has not been convicted of |
| 7 | | misdemeanor stalking or a similar misdemeanor offense |
| 8 | | in another jurisdiction;"; and

| 9 | | on page 11, line 13, by deleting "stalking,"; and

| 10 | | on page 11, by inserting immediately below line 15 the |
| 11 | | following: |
| 12 | | "(k-5) A person who has been convicted of misdemeanor |
| 13 | | stalking or a similar misdemeanor offense in another |
| 14 | | jurisdiction;".
