| 6 | "classified as a misdemeanor offense. The changes made by this | ||||||
| 7 | amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly apply to | ||||||
| 8 | violations or attempted violations committed on or after | ||||||
| 9 | January 1, 2023.".
