| 8 | | expected date that a new utility-scale offshore wind project |
| 9 | | commences commercial operations and is expected to begin |
| 10 | | delivering power to the PJM Interconnection, LLC transmission |
| 11 | | grid. The new-offshore utility-scale wind project must provide |
| 12 | | notice of the expected commercial operation date to the |
| 13 | | Illinois Power Agency and each electric utility at least 90 |
| 14 | | days prior to commencing commercial operation and delivering |
| 15 | | power to the PJM Interconnection, LLC transmission grid".
