| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1208 on page 6, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 17 through 23 with the following:

| 4 | | "Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in addition to |
| 5 | | any other transfers that may be provided by law, on the |
| 6 | | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General |
| 7 | | Assembly, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State |
| 8 | | Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall |
| 9 | | transfer the remaining balance from the Self-Insurers |
| 10 | | Administration Fund into the Self-Insurers Security Fund. Upon |
| 11 | | completion of the transfers, the Self-Insurers Administration |
| 12 | | Fund is dissolved, and any future deposits due to the |
| 13 | | Self-Insurers Administration Fund and any outstanding |
| 14 | | obligations or liabilities of the Self-Insurers Administration |
| 15 | | Fund pass to the Self-Insurers Security Fund.".
