| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1321, AS AMENDED, |
| 3 | | in Section 15, by replacing subsection (b) with the following:

| 4 | | "(b) The First Responder Behavioral Health Grant Fund is |
| 5 | | hereby created as a special fund in the State treasury. Moneys |
| 6 | | in the First Responder Behavioral Health Grant Fund shall be |
| 7 | | used by the Secretary of Human Services to make grants to |
| 8 | | eligible recipients as provided in subsection (a)."; and

| 9 | | at the end of the bill, by inserting the following:
|
| 10 | | "Section 900. The State Finance Act is amended by adding |
| 11 | | Section 5.970 as follows:
|
| 12 | | (30 ILCS 105/5.970 new) |
| 13 | | Sec. 5.970. The First Responder Behavioral Health Grant |
| 14 | | Fund.".
