| 8 | | "(b-20) An Early Approval Adult Use Dispensing |
| 9 | | Organization may apply to relocate under subsection (b-5) on |
| 10 | | and after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
| 11 | | 102nd General Assembly if the municipality where it is located |
| 12 | | has passed an ordinance authorizing an additional Adult Use |
| 13 | | Dispensing Organization limited to Social Equity Applicants to |
| 14 | | be located within the municipality.".
