| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 20 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (620 ILCS 5/20) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.20)

| 7 | | Sec. 20.
"Municipality" means any county, city, village, |
| 8 | | or town of this
State and
and any other political subdivision, |
| 9 | | public corporation, authority,
or district in this State, or |
| 10 | | any combination of two or more of the same,
which is or may be |
| 11 | | authorized by law to acquire, establish, construct,
maintain, |
| 12 | | improve, and operate airports and other air navigation
|
| 13 | | facilities. |
