AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2379 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2379 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Park Commissioners Land Sale Act is 
5amended  by changing Section 15 as follows:
 
6    (70 ILCS 1235/15)
7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2023)
8    Sec. 15. Sale of Bensenville Park District land.
9    (a)    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the 
10Bensenville Park District may sell up to 125 acres of the White 
11Pines Golf Course owned by the District if:
12        (i)  the board of commissioners of the Bensenville Park 
13    District authorizes the sale by  a four-fifths vote of the 
14    commissioners in office at the time of the vote; and
15        (ii)  the sale price equals or exceeds the average of 3 
16    independent appraisals commissioned by the Bensenville

1    Park District.
2    (b) This Section is repealed on June 30, 2024 January 1, 
32023.
