| 3 | immediately below line 21, by inserting the following:

| 4 | "(c) The provisions of this Act do not apply to facilities | ||||||
| 5 | licensed by the federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission under | ||||||
| 6 | the provisions of 10 CFR 50 or 10 CFR 52 or to employees of | ||||||
| 7 | those facilities while engaged in the performance of their | ||||||
| 8 | official duties.".
