| 3 | | immediately below line 18, by inserting the following: |
| 4 | | "(2.10) One member who is a resident's caregiver or |
| 5 | | family member; in this paragraph, "caregiver" means a |
| 6 | | person who, as a result of a family relationship, either |
| 7 | | voluntarily or in exchange for compensation has assumed |
| 8 | | responsibility for all or a portion of the care of a |
| 9 | | resident who needs assistance with activities of daily |
| 10 | | living or instrumental activities of daily living;".
