| 4 | | 1, by replacing line 20 on page 14 through line 7 on page 15 |

| 6 | | "(d) A cemetery manager and customer service employee |
| 7 | | license may be in active status only during the period that |
| 8 | | such a licensee is employed by a cemetery authority that is |
| 9 | | licensed under this Act. In the event that a cemetery manager |
| 10 | | or customer service employee commences work for a cemetery |
| 11 | | granted an exemption under this Section, it shall be a duty of |
| 12 | | both the cemetery authority and the individual licensee to |
| 13 | | immediately notify the Department so that the license may be |
| 14 | | placed on inactive status. During the period that a license is |
| 15 | | in inactive status, the involved person may not hold himself |
| 16 | | or herself out as licensed. Upon returning to employment by a |
| 17 | | cemetery licensed under this Act, such a cemetery manager or |
| 18 | | customer service employee may reinstate the license to active |
