| 1 | | AN ACT concerning regulation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987 is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 20.3 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (225 ILCS 100/20.3 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 20.3. Vaccinations. A podiatric physician may provide |
| 8 | | and administer vaccinations, including, but not limited to, |
| 9 | | vaccinations for COVID-19 and influenza.
|
| 10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 11 | | becoming law.
