| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3085 on page 51, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 17 the following: |
| 4 | | "(k) Notwithstanding any other provision of subsections |
| 5 | | (i) and (j), no person shall be eligible for expungement under |
| 6 | | subsection (i) or (j) if the violation occurred during the |
| 7 | | commission by the person of first degree murder, kidnapping, |
| 8 | | aggravated kidnaping, criminal sexual assault, aggravated |
| 9 | | criminal sexual assault, predatory criminal sexual assault of |
| 10 | | a child, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, or felony criminal |
| 11 | | sexual abuse.".
